Furnish you with a written Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine the most effective listing price for your property. This analysis may be updated throughout the listing period, to reflect changing market conditions. 2. Take exterior and interior photos of the property and exact room dimensions of the interior. 3. Enter your property in the TREND Multiple Listing Services) which covers 5 neighboring Counties and provides information to thousands of Realtors throughout the area. TREND has also recently gone onto the INTERNET! So now your homes information can be made available across the country! 4. Place a REMAX "For Sale" sign on your properties front lawn. 60% of our phone calls come from our For Sale Signs! 5. Provide you with a detailed Marketing Plan for your property which includes a personal guarantee that your property will be advertised at least 3 times per month in the local newspaper and/or homes magazine. In addition, your home will be placed on at least 4 major Internet websites including: Harmonhomes.com, Realtor.com, Barbmatty.com, and Pahomesales.com! Each Internet site will allow prospective Buyer's to view interior and exterior pictures of your home without leaving the comfort of their home! 6. Print up highlight sheets with color photos of your property to have available for all prospective Buyers. Provide all potential Buyers and their Agents with detailed information about your property. 7. Provide you with regular activity reports that advise you of the current activity, buyer responses, and future advertising dates. 8. Present all offers to you promptly and actively negotiate on your behalf in order to close on the best Agreement of Sale for you. During this process I will investigate each potential Buyer, discuss alternative options, and provide you with information that will help you make a sound decision. 9. Completely handle everything involved in bringing your property to the Settlement Table. This includes ordering all certifications, permits, payoffs, repair estimates, and such that may be required in order to transfer Title to your property. 10.
