Since obtaining my license in 1991, I have successfully built a referral based business in which over 90% of my business comes from referrals from happy customers. While my primary focus is with Residential Resale and Relocation, I also have experience with New Construction, Land Development, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate. 1991 - Completed Coursework and licensing required by PAR
1996 - Earned the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) issued by NAR

1996 - Earned the CSP (Certified New Home Sales Person) issued by NHBA
